Bio: Alexandra David-Néel, born Louise Eugénie Alexandrine Marie David, was a Belgian French explorer, spiritualist, Buddhist, anarchist and writer. She is most known for her 1924 visit to Lhasa, Tibet when it was forbidden to foreigners.
