Sydney Shoemaker

Born: September 29, 1931
Died: September 6, 2022 (aged 90)
Bio: Sydney Shoemaker was an American philosopher. He was the Susan Linn Sage Professor of Philosophy at Cornell University and was well known for his contributions to philosophy of mind and metaphysics. In 1971, he delivered the John Locke Lectures at Oxford University.
