Bio: Jeffrey Kenneth "Jeff" MacNelly was a three-time Pulitzer Prize-winning editorial cartoonist and the creator of the popular comic strip Shoe. After Shoe had been established in papers, MacNelly created the single-panel strip Pluggers.
