Harold Eugene Edgerton

Bio: Harold Eugene "Doc" Edgerton also known as Papa Flash was a professor of electrical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is largely credited with transforming the stroboscope from an obscure laboratory instrument into a common device.
