Geert Hofstede

Bio: Geert Hofstede was a Dutch social psychologist, former IBM employee, and Professor Emeritus of Organizational Anthropology and International Management at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands, well-known for his pioneering research of cross-cultural groups and organizations.
